Montparnasse Cemetery – Constantin Brancusi

Somewhere in a withdrawn corner of the Montparnasse Cemetery lies a young Russian girl, Tatiana Rachewskaia. Her tombstone is famous thanks to Constantin Brancusi and his “Kiss”. This young lady killed herself over a heartache in 1910, and her family ordered a funerary monument to Constantin Brancusi, he came up with the Kiss.
