Road-tripping through Corsica

Right before we had to leave the Island, we went on a nice road trip from Prunu, our village, to Ajaccio, with stops at Piana, Cargese, and some other places. So here is a first post for you to see, I will split this road-trip into multiple posts for suspense :p

Change of plans. Instead of Deception Pass, I’ll post panoramas from Coupeville. I have been struggling with the Photomerge thingy but after spending quite some time on it, I managed! Enjoy.

Whidbey Island

For our first trip outside of Seattle, we went up north to Whidbey Island. It’s a lovely place with typical tiny harbors and towns, great food, and a beautiful view. But you’ll get to see more of that view on my next post from Deception Pass and its amazing bridge.

The Village Museum

Finally, I’ve been able to start post-processing and here’s the first batch. This was our first day out with my friend, a warm and sunny day. So warm and sunny that when we got back home a massive sunstroke, the both of us. Red and burning faces, all that stuff. But it was worth it!

This was at least my second visit at this museum (I know I’ve been there when I was little but I have no idea how many times, I do know it was one of my favorite places on earth). I shot a lot, started with the Beercan, finished with a Carl Zeiss 24mm F2.
